How to build an app with SHIP
The S.H.I.P. framework — Spec → Hierarchy → Implement → Publish — is the repeatable loop solo founders use to turn an idea into a live product. This app generates the entire prompt pack for you. Here's exactly how to use it.
Sharpen your idea (one sentence)
You don't need a polished pitch — just a rough idea in 2–3 plain sentences. Describe who it helps and what painful thing it solves.
Example: "A WhatsApp-based reminder tool for local kirana stores to ping regular customers when their usual items are back in stock."
Generate your SHIP prompt pack
On the home page, paste your idea, choose market, pricing, and a model. Hit Generate.
- Gemini 3 Flash — fastest, great default.
- Gemini 2.5 Pro / GPT-5 — slower, deeper reasoning for serious ideas.
- GPT-5 Nano / Mini — cheap, fast, good drafts.
Use Section S + H as your thinking doc
The output starts with Spec (refined idea + master spec) and Hierarchy (screen map + design direction). Read it carefully. Edit anything that feels off — your judgment beats the model.
Open Lovable and paste the Build Kickoff prompt
Scroll to Section I — 3.1 Build Kickoff. Copy that fenced prompt and paste it as your first message in a new Lovable project. Lovable will set up the project, design system, and the first (core) screen only.
Build one screen at a time
For every screen after the first, use 3.2 Next Screen. Review what Lovable built, then move on. When something breaks, use 3.3 Debug — don't panic-prompt.
Rule of thumb: one screen, review, next. This is how you stay in control.
Publish and get your first user
When the core flow works, go to Section P. Follow 4.1 Launch Checklist to deploy and connect Razorpay. Then send the messages from 4.2 First-Customer Message. Don't wait for "perfect" — get one paying user, then iterate.

Every new feature is its own mini-SHIP loop: re-spec it, map screens, build one at a time, ship. Come back here whenever you start something new.
